A graduate of the University of Houston, with a degree in finance, he holds the CMI designation, is an Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute and a candidate of the American Society of Appraisers. Licensed in both the State of Tennessee and the State of Arizona, he is also a Senior Tax Consultant in Texas and a Registered Agent in Los Angeles County.

With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in valuing industrial and complex properties, handling compliance, audits, and appeals for real and personal property taxes. He also oversees training for new agents and consults on valuation and appeal processes. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, he holds the CMI designation and is a candidate of the American Society of Appraisers.
